Return & Exchange Policy:

You may return or exchange items within 30 days from the delivery date.

 

1. How to Initiate a Return:

Contact Us First: To start a return, please email our support team at customersupport@luminova-jewelry.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

 Unauthorized Returns: Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as we may not be able to process your refund.

Tracking Required: After shipping your return, please provide us with the tracking number so we can monitor its arrival.

 

2. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges:

Items must be returned in their original condition: unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.

Personalized Items: Engraved or custom-made jewelry cannot be returned unless there is a defect.

Shipping Costs: Unless the item is defective or we made an error, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

3. Quality Guarantee (Defective/Damaged Items):

 

We take pride in our craftsmanship. If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately with clear photos or videos of the issue.

 

We will arrange for a free replacement or a full refund for any defective items reported within 30 days of receipt.

 

Note: Our stainless steel jewelry is waterproof and tarnish-resistant. However, proper care is recommended to maintain its shine indefinitely.

4. Refunds:

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.

 

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days back to your original payment method.

 

Original Shipping Fees: Please note that original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, no shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages:

 

In the rare event that your package is lost in transit (logistics tracking stops updating), we will send a free replacement immediately.

 

If the tracking shows "Delivered" but you claim non-receipt, please check your surroundings or contact the carrier. We offer a one-time replacement for such cases, but cannot offer cash refunds for packages marked as delivered.
