Q: Where are you based and where do you ship from?

A: Luminova is an international jewelry brand. We work with artisans and specialized workshops globally (including Asia) to bring you premium waterproof jewelry without the luxury markup. We ship directly from our global fulfillment centers to your doorstep.

Q: How long will my delivery take?

A: We process orders within 1-3 business days.

A: Yes! We are proud to offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders.

A: No. We cover all taxes and duties for you. The price you see at checkout is the final price. No hidden fees, ever.

Q: Does Luminova jewelry tarnish in water?

A: No. Luminova Jewelry uses PVD coating technology on stainless steel, making it 100% waterproof and tarnish-free, even in the ocean or shower.

Q: What does the 1-Year Color Warranty cover?

A: We are so confident in our PVD coating technology that we offer a comprehensive 1-Year Color Warranty.

 

If your jewelry fades, tarnishes, or turns your skin green within 365 days of purchase, simply email us a photo, and we will replace it for FREE.

 

Note: This warranty covers color durability. It does not cover physical damage such as broken chains, scratches from wear and tear, or lost items.

Q: Is Luminova jewelry hypoallergenic? 

A: Yes. Our jewelry is nickel-free and lead-free, designed for sensitive skin. Perfect for sensitive ears.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

A: We work fast to get your order to you! If you need to make changes or cancel, please email us within 2 hours of placing your order.

Once our warehouse has processed your order, we cannot make any changes. However, you can always return it after receiving it if you change your mind.

Q: I entered the wrong address. What should I do?

If your package hasn’t been shipped yet, we can update it for you. If it has already shipped, we will do our best to help you track it down.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We offer a 30-Day Happiness Guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with your jewelry, simply contact us within 30 days of delivery to start a return or exchange.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged?

A: We are so sorry if this happens! We ensure every package is securely padded, but accidents can happen in transit. Please email us a photo of the damage, and we will send a free replacement right away. No need to return the damaged item.

Q: Is my payment information secure?

A: Absolutely. We use SSL security technology (the industry standard) to encrypt your personal and financial information. We never store your credit card details. Your checkout is 100% secure.
